To ensure the best experience for all participants, we now require advance registration for all drop-in classes. Reservations can be conveniently made by selecting the “Book Now” button next to your desired class below, or by contacting the studio directly at 519-551-2355. Please note that walk-ins are no longer accepted.
 

Here are some important points to consider before booking your class:
 

• We highly recommend securing your spot as early as possible, as registration closes two hours before the class begins.
   

• Drop-in class reservations can be cancelled up to three hours before the scheduled start time without incurring any penalties. (In the event of early cancel, an account credit for the class will be put onto your account for future use OR you may rebook the class for a later date. No refunds.)
   

• Late cancellations made outside of the three hour window or no-shows will result in a deduction of one class from your monthly package or a charge of a single drop-in class.
   

• For in-studio classes, a minimum of three students is required in order for the class to run. Should this requirement not be met, the class may be canceled, and you will receive a credit towards future classes and services. Notification of any cancellations will be sent via email or phone.
   

• Should you have a monthly pass, please remember you still must pre-book your classes. If you encounter any difficulties booking with your monthly membership, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via phone or email.
